I plug it in. It doesn't work with Synapse. Talk with tech support, they tell me I need to use Synapse 3 Beta. Wait, I have to use beta software, which is by definition an untested incomplete product to use my brand new device? What? Ok fine, I download it. Who designed this software? A GUI team whose instructions were make it as difficult as possible to use?
